• • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

3. Orders and Payments

a. Order Placement

• • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.

• • Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. No contract exists until confirmation is issued.

b. Payment

• • We accept payments through various third-party payment gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI). Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed (e.g., cash on delivery, if available).

• • For purchases above INR 2,00,000, you must provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) as per Government of India guidelines.

• • All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment details.

c. Order Cancellation

• • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at shine@chaitra.co or +91-9019921267. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy; however, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, refunding any amounts paid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• • We ship within India via third-party shipping partners. Delivery timelines and charges will be communicated at checkout.

• • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the shipping partner.

• • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

5. Returns and Refunds

• • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and certification (if provided) within the specified period.
